Submitting Verification Documents
Once you complete a Live Application form, you will need to submit some documents in order for us to process the application.
Individual account holders need to provide the following documents within 48 hours of completing the online account application form.
Proof of ID
This needs to be your Passport or a National Identity card issued by your government
Proof of Address
This needs to be either one of the following that’s not more than 3 months old.
- A recent utility bill (e.g. electricity, phone, internet, cable TV)
- First page of your bank statement (showing your address as you submitted during the sign up process)
- A letter from a government department (e.g. tax bill or city council rates bill)
